Columbus Regional Hospital is seeking a part-time Cardiac Stepdown RN for the 2T Cardiac Stepdown unit. The SDU is a 17-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4 and is on-site in Columbus, Indiana. Compensation is hourly with potential shift differentials and holiday premiums.

The role requires ASN or BSN, Indiana RN license (or NLC), BLS within 30 days, and ACLS within 60 days. Includes rotating holidays and weekends; benefits eligibility begins with at least 16 hours weekly.

Recognized as one of the top 50 Cardiovascular Hospitals by IBM Watson Health, our Cardiac Stepdown Unit (SDU) is a 17-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4.

Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

This position is hourly and is eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums.

In a status of at least 16 hours per week, employees are benefit eligible.

What is required for this position:

• Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Upon hire, you must have: Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
• Within 30 days of hire you must have: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Within 60 days of hire you must have: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• *If you do not have it, CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment.
