Job summary

Columbus Regional Hospital is seeking a part-time RN for our Wound Center. This on-site outpatient role offers a 24-hour work week with Tue, Wed and Fri scheduling, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Wound Center at CRH. The compensation reflects hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package after 16 hours per week.

Applicants must hold an ASN or higher, IndianaRN license (or multi-state via NLC), and BLS within 30 days of hire. Lifting >50 lbs is required as part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• ASN or equivalent required; BSN preferred.
• Indiana RN License or Multi-State RN License via the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

What you need to know about this position:

Our Wound Center is an advanced facility that offers the latest in wound care technology and care. This outpatient facility allows physicians and nursing staff to work on individualized care plans for patients with chronic wounds; approximately 40-60 patients daily.

Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

This position is hourly.

In a status of at least 16 hours per week, employees are benefit eligible.

What is required for this position:

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required.

Within 30 days of hire you must have:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.*

*If you do not have it, CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
