Elite Care Management, Inc. is hiring for part-time, PRN patient-location roles in Illinois (Wilmington, Orland Park, Palos Park). Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends with pay ranging from $35 to $40 per hour.

Qualifications

Pay Range:

• $35 - $40 / hour

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient’s condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
• Demonstrate understanding organizational and nursing policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrate ability to manage and direct patient care according to the patient care plan and update as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention.
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor.
