Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Support Unit float pool. This role supports ICU, NICU, and PICU across three locations, with self-scheduling and night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am).

Opportunities span Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and other critical care areas as you rotate between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. The position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible new hires, plus tuition reimbursement and certification

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience; ICU/NICU/PICU preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Float between ICU, NICU, and PICU within the Critical Care service line.
• Support three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa (or Mount Home location as applicable).
• Self-scheduling; unit and location assigned based on operational needs; 7:00 pm–7:30 am shifts.
• Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible new hires.

What You Can Expect:

• Full Time or Part Time nights (7:00p-7:30a)
• You will support three units/skill sets within Critical Care service line: ICU, NICU, PICU; may be open to other skill sets listed below
• The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations: (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa) or (Boise, Meridian, St. Luke's Elmore located in Mountain Home)
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer experience in one of the followings units: ICU, PICU, or NICU
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
