Job summary

St. Luke's in Boise is seeking an RN for a diverse float pool across Peds Med-Surg, NICU, and PICU. This role offers nights with self-scheduling and the excitement of inter-facility floating between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.

You will expand your skills across pediatric and neonatal care areas and contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture while earning a 10% differential after orientation.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree.
• 1 year RN experience; pediatrics experience preferred (Peds Med-Surg, PICU and/or NICU).
• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification via AHA or ARC.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support three units/skill sets within Children's service line: Peds Med-Surg, NICU, PICU.
• Float across three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.
• Self-scheduling; orientation-based differential applies.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic float pool environment.

The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.

What You Can Expect:

• Full Time or Part Time nights (7:00p-7:30a)
• You will support three units/skill sets within Children's service line: Peds Med-Surg, NICU, PICU; may be open to other skill sets listed below
• The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations: (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa)
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer Peds Med-Surg, PICU, and/or NICU experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
