Job summary

St. Luke’s in Nampa, Idaho, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time or part-time night shifts (7:00p-7:30a) on the med/surg unit. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios and opportunities for specialty certifications and continuing education.

Unit Overview

Nampa med/surg unit is a fast-paced 24 bed Surgical unit that is an ideal place to build strong clinical skills while caring for an increasingly diverse patient population. Typical RN to patient ratios on this unit are 1:5, with reduced ratios of 1:4 for acuity when necessary. For CNAs, the ratios are typically 1:8-10.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
