Job summary

St Luke’s Health in Idaho is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Clinical Support Unit float pool, providing coverage across ICU, NICU, and PICU. This role offers full-time or part-time night shifts with self-scheduling and assignments across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.

You will have opportunities to expand skills in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, ICU, and other critical care areas, with a 10% differential after orientation and strong tuition and certification reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree.
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; ICU/NICU/PICU preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in state; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Support three units within Critical Care: ICU, NICU, PICU.
• Float between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa (or Mountain Home) as assigned.
• Self-scheduling based on operational needs and unit requirements.
• Eligible for 10% differential after orientation.

The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.

What You Can Expect:

• Full Time or Part Time nights (7:00p-7:30a)
• You will support three units/skill sets within Critical Care service line: ICU, NICU, PICU; may be open to other skill sets listed below
• The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations: (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa) or (Boise, Meridian, St. Luke's Elmore located in Mountain Home)
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer experience in one of the followings units: ICU, PICU, or NICU
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
