Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System seeks an RN Case Manager to collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or nursing diploma and/or Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Current Idaho RN license.

What You Can Expect:

• Schedule: 10 Hour Shifts with weekend rotation
• Benefits: Full Benefits with hospital contributions
• Additional Pay: Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications AND shift differentials

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelor of Nursing Degree
• Experience: 2 years of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho
