Registered Nurse - Clinical Coordinator

As a Clinical Coordinator at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to excel as a dialysis nurse, mentor, and clinical expert, making a significant impact on our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, including tracking lab values, vital signs, weight, and outcome management.
2. Ensure delivery of the highest level of care, prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
3. Build long-term relationships with patients and their families.
4. Lead and support your clinical team to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 18 months of registered nursing experience, with at least 6 months in dialysis nursing.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval.
• Preferred: Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN), ICU/CCU/ER/Med Surg experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; B.S.N preferred.
• Training approved by medical director and governing body prior to water treatment system operation.
• Supervisory experience preferred; willingness to supervise required.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
