Job Summary and Qualifications

The Virtual RN Coordinator leads the virtual nurse program, providing nursing leadership for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care with 24-hour accountability. They deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by interpreting health data and preventive practices from a virtual setting, supporting on-site staff to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, aligned with our organizational values.

Qualifications:

• Work hours are evenings, with options of two 12-hour shifts (10:00-22:30) or three 8-hour shifts (14:00-22:30).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse license in Kansas or a compact state.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in nursing.
