Position Overview

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for acquiring, contracting, and monitoring clinical sites for courses and student experiences. They coordinate clinical schedules, forecast needs, and support students and faculty with clinical site placement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or higher
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Experience as a Clinical Coordinator
• Knowledge of accreditation requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical technologies

Compensation and Benefits

Primary Duties

1. Maintain knowledge of staffing, compliance, and practice policies.
2. Manage site selection and contract documentation.
3. Visit clinical sites regularly to facilitate communication.
4. Coordinate with the program administrator to establish schedules.
5. Assist students in clinical site placement.
6. Advise on program and site compliance.
7. Ensure timely completion of reports and documentation.
8. Build community partnerships and maintain site relationships.
9. Provide orientation and training to faculty and students.
10. Address clinical personnel issues and participate in meetings.
11. Engage in professional development activities.
