Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing Northeast Raleigh team. We deliver evidence-based ABA therapy, with in-home and in-school services, and a culture that values collaboration, professional growth, and making a lasting impact in kids’ lives.

As an RBT, you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow BCBA plans, track client progress, and collaborate with families and teammates to create a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• 40-hour RBT training required
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children is required
• Background check ability
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hou
• Part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Northeast Raleigh, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

What We’re Looking For:

• 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)

• Experience with children (required)
• Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
