Job summary

Glow Forward ABA in Andrews, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school settings. You will follow BCBA-created treatment plans and track client progress while collaborating with families and teammates to create a safe, supportive environment.

The role offers part-time schedules, back-up travel support, and opportunities for certification advancement as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hou
• Part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Andrews, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
