Job summary

Glow Forward ABA in Murphy, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. Provide 1:1 ABA services and follow BCBA-developed plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain with company support.
• 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Experience with children is required; ABA therapy experience a plus (not required).
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Murphy, NC

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)


• Hours: Full-time or part-time


• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available


• Location: Currently staffing cases in Murphy, NC (In-Home)
