Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide in-home ABA therapy for children in Nebo, NC, with a focus on evidence-based practices and a supportive, collaborative culture.

You will follow BCBA-created plans, document progress, and work with families and our team to create a positive environment. Flexible scheduling, certification support after training, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Experience with children (required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Nebo, NC

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)

• Hours: Full-time or part-time

• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available

• Location: Currently staffing cases in Nebo, NC (In-Home)
