Job summary

Glow Forward ABA Therapy is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Marble, NC team. This in-home and in-school role supports children with evidence-based ABA therapy, under BCBA supervision, with flexible part-time schedules.

You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy, document progress, and collaborate with families and our clinical team. Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and a high school diploma are required; strong reliability and transportation a must.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• 40-hour RBT training completed or available through company.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience with children required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school.
• Follow BCBA-created treatment plans.
• Track and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Create a safe, positive environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hou
• Part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Marble, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
