Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Washington County, NC for in-home and in-school ABA therapy. Compensation is $22–$26/hour with flexible, part-time scheduling and opportunities for training, travel, and certification support.

We value collaboration, growth, and making a lasting impact in children’s lives. Prior ABA experience is a plus, and background checks are required to join our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

• Hours: Part-time

• Shifts: Flexible, based on client's availability

• Location: Currently staffing cases in Washington County, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
