Job summary

Glow Forward ABA in Deep Run, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home and in-school ABA therapy. We seek passionate individuals who hold RBT certification and are ready to support children and families through evidence-based practices.

You will work 1:1 with clients, follow BCBA-developed plans, document progress, and collaborate with families while benefiting from flexible scheduling and opportunities for certification support, travel reimbursement, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training is required (resources available on request)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
• Experience with children is required
• Reliable transportation for local travel and ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hou

• Part-time

• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available

• Location: Currently staffing cases in Deep Run, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
