Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Old Fort, NC. We provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy, following BCBA-designed treatment plans, and tracking client progress to support children's development.

We offer competitive pay of $22–$26 per hour, flexible FT/PT scheduling, certification support after 40-hour training, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative, child-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• 40-hour RBT training completed or available with company support.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Full-time or part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Old Fort, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
