Job summary

Glow Forward ABA Therapy in Washington County, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We support children and families with evidence-based ABA therapy in-home and in schools.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours, competitive pay ($22–$26/hour) with bonus opportunities, paid training, and certification support. Ideal candidates have an active RBT or willingness to obtain, plus reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain with company support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy is a plus.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

• Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Part-time
• Shifts: Flexible, based on client's availability
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Washington County, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
