Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Old Fort, NC to support children through in-home or in-school ABA therapy. This role offers competitive pay, flexible FT/PT schedules, and the chance to grow with a dedicated team.

You'll work 1:1 with clients, follow BCBA-designed plans, track progress, and collaborate with families. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and/or willingness to obtain with company support.
• 40-hour RBT training completed or willingness to complete with company support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Experience with children is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 - $26/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Full-time or part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Old Fort, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
