Job summary

Glow Forward ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Nebo, NC. The role supports children and families, following BCBA plans and documenting progress. Flexible scheduling and travel are involved as cases are in-home and local.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification with 40-hour training, or are willing to obtain it with company support; a high school diploma is required and college experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain with company support.
• 40-hour RBT training required if completing it; resources available on request.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience with children is required.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or in school.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: Full-time or part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Nebo, NC (In-Home)
