Job summary

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Marble, NC team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school settings, following BCBA-created plans, and diligently track client progress.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for certification support after 40 hours of RBT training. A strong commitment to kids and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• 40-hour RBT training is required (company support available).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Experience with children is required.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in-school.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and document client progress.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $22 – $26/hou


• Part-time


• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available


• Location: Currently staffing cases in Marble, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
