Job summary

Glow Forward ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Deep Run, NC. This part-time role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services to children in-home and at school, under BCBA supervision.

You will provide 1:1 therapy, track progress, and collaborate with families to ensure positive outcomes. A valid RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required or supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available on request).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Experience with children is required.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $22 – $26/hou
• Part-time
• Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
• Location: Currently staffing cases in Deep Run, NC (In-Home and in school Services)
