Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates are certified or eligible for RBT, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping families. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
