Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data using clinical software.

Successful candidates hold an active RBT certificate, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and show a passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Driving may be required to reach clients, and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
