Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, or clinics, under supervision. Implement interventions, collect data, and support families and caregivers.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s in psychology or education is a plus. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure skill generalization.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
