Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency.

This role also emphasizes ongoing professional development, flexible scheduling, and strong support from a dedicated clinical team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to meet clients across

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
