Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings, following individualized behavior intervention plans. You will collect real-time data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment to support meaningful progress.

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
