Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data to support meaningful outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with BCBAs and families, ensuring consistency and generalization of skills while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement plans designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect real-time progress data using clinical software
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers for consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions
