Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Baltimore, MD seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBAs and use clinical software to track progress.

The role requires an active RBT, high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with autism. A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
