Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect real-time data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• HS diploma or equivalent; related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
