Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and work closely with BCBAs and families to ensure skill generalization.

The role requires active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Experience with autism and strong communication skills are valued to support meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
