Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks an enthusiastic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect real-time progress data using clinical software.

Responsibilities include collaborating with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment for the child.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
