Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data under supervision while collaborating with BCBAs and families.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree in psychology or education is a plus), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; related bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement individual behavior plans and skill programs designed by BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
