Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join a compassionate, client‑centered team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, under supervision.

You'll collect real‑time data, implement behavior plans, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and help children achieve meaningful progress in a safe, engaging setting. We offer professional development, flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
