Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. The role pays $26-$29 per hour and offers competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include helping children develop social and communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. A Registered Behavior Technician credential and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Credential required: Registered Behavior Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of college coursework or relevant experience in child development or ABA.

• Document child progress and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician Credential
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college?coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.
