Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism in Fullerton, CA. Competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

You will help children develop social and communication skills, document progress, and implement behavior plans under supervision. Must have RBT/BCBA credential and a passion for working with kids with special needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Credential or Board Certified Technician Credential
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or related experience with children
• High School diploma or equivalent
