Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one support to children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar needs. This part-time position offers hourly pay ranging from $20 to $24 depending on experience with mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities include helping clients develop social and communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision. Morning and afternoon shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• College coursework in psychology/education or related 1 year experience with children preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Morning and Midday availability preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
