Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings. You will build communication, social, and daily living skills under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

You’ll benefit from competitive hourly pay ($24-$28/hour), paid training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules, with health benefits and 401(k) options. Travel between client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Plus one of: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related field coursework.
• Or at least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role.

Hourly Pay: $24 - $28 / per hour

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
