Job summary

You will drive revenue growth within an assigned territory by leading a sales force and balancing direct selling with recruitment and development of reps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated sales success.
• Strong communication skills and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and achieve an individual sales quota within an assigned territory.
• Recruit, interview, and recommend qualified sales candidates for employment.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and development of sales team members.
• Supervise daily activities of direct reports and ensure CRM compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on territory expansion and growth strategies.
• Manage pricing, proposal development, and customer relationship activities within authorized approval limits.
