Job summary

Rumpke of Ohio is seeking a Construction Specialist to drive new business within an assigned territory. You will prospect, present, and close deals for our full suite of waste and recycling services, targeting commercial and industrial customers.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and involves travel within the region, trade shows, and regular field meetings. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience (B2B), strong presentation skills, and a solid

Qualifications

Two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing sales role (outside B2B) with a proven track record
Waste Industry experience preferred
Previous experience in contracting or working with contractors preferred

Responsibilities

Identify viable leads and acquire new commercial, industrial, and recycling customers to meet revenue goals
Prospect and document activities using sales tools, build profiles for prospective customers
Deliver sales presentations and follow up with key decision makers to close sales
Meet with Sales Manager regularly to review targets and progress
Prepare proposals highlighting available services, pricing, and opportunities for growth
