Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in driving solution-selling and executive stakeholder engagement.
• 5-7 years managing a sales team in strategic, enterprise-level solutions.
• Proven track record in selling complex ERP solutions, especially in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a sales team, ensuring alignment with VPs for executing account strategies.
• Collaborate with leaders on strategic market penetration approaches.
• Coach team members while ensuring accountability for sales methodologies.
