Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will drive annual sales and profit objectives, manage distributor networks, and coordinate product programs across golf and irrigation lines, with a strong focus on customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), advanced Spanish, 10+ years in sales/marketing with multi-channel distribution, and ability to travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years of combined sales and marketing experience across multiple distribution channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Subject matter expertise in product features and customer benefits across product lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills to drive promotions and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team to develop plans per business segment and mentor staff.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections.

• Provide technical sales support and stay current on turf industry trends.
• Lead distributor development, training, and performance evaluation.
• Align sales, marketing and credit functions to support customers.
