Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a strong emphasis on golf and turf markets. You will lead regional sales teams, develop distributor relationships, and shape market strategies.

The role may be remote in the US or near a major international airport, with approximately 50% travel. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in business/marketing, MBA preferred, and 10+ years of sales/marketing experience across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise in product/features and customer benefits across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with Sales Team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Complete mid-year and end-of-year reviews for team members.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans across product groups in the region.
• Identify new opportunities and market segments.
