Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive growth across the Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will develop sales plans, lead the sales team, and strengthen distributor relationships to increase market share in the golf, turf, irrigation product lines.

This role requires a Bachelor's in business or marketing, 10+ years of sales and marketing experience with multiple distribution channels, and advanced proficiency in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; Spanish proficiency required.
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience across multiple channels.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
