The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will lead distributor relationships, coordinate product lines, and develop plans across golf, turf, and irrigation segments from the US-based HQ.

Required are a business/marketing background, 10+ years in sales, and strong Spanish skills. Remote work is allowed with travel up to ~50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, oral and written.
• 10+ years of sales & marketing with multi-channel distribution.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Subject matter expertise in product features and customer benefits.
• Strong communication for complex business and technical discussions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

• Lead sales team to develop plans per business segment.
• Coach and mentor sales staff; conduct mid-year and year-end reviews.
• Develop and execute annual plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual projections for product groups.
