Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will develop market plans, lead the sales team, and collaborate with distributors to expand our golf and turf products. Remote options exist within the US, with up to 50% travel.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in sales and marketing, strong Spanish language skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience with multiple distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate field issue resolutions with Customer Care; provide technical sales support.
• Lead and direct distributors and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Drive distribution through regular market visits and negotiate orders.
• Develop distributors to improve performance; train sales personnel.
• Evaluate distributor sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
• Develop business plans to enter identified opportunities; travel as needed.
