Job summary

CoreSite, a leading data center operator, seeks a Regional Technical Program Manager to improve field operations by building training programs and optimizing processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with engineering, procurement and IT, and manage vendor relationships in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.

Applicants should have 8+ years in data center operations and program management, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with field enablement software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center operations and project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
• Experience working with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on placement of new field operations personnel; include system training and qualifications.
• Drive definition, development and implementation of service delivery, maintenance, quality control, and safety process changes.
• Provide user support and training for key field operations tools and processes.
• Lead change management activities for field operations initiatives.
• Analyze and share departmental reporting results to identify productivity inhibitors in the field; address cross-organizational issues.
