Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Regional Technical Program Manager to drive field operations performance through training, process improvements, and change management. You will analyze data, lead cross-functional programs, and ensure personnel are trained and qualified to deliver services effectively.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and IT, present at leadership levels, and manage budgets and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center operations and project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
• Experience with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on staffing and training for field operations.
• Lead changes to service delivery, maintenance, quality control, and safety processes.
• Deliver user support and training for key field operations tools and processes.
• Lead change management for field initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and system issues to boost productivity.
• Develop best-practice training and operational dashboards.
• Attend and contribute to departmental steering meetings.
• Capture and share best practices and drive system improvements.
• Analyze departmental reporting to identify productivity inhibitors and partner on Lean Six Sigma improvements.
• Develop, implement, and score drill scenarios for training site personnel.
• Promote CoreSite culture and values.
